Does My Ummah offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes!  If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days.

How can I tell this is high quality?  It looks just like every other clothing line.
My Ummah clothing is handmade and is tailored to last.  Take a look at our about us page to see how our clothing is made with the finest materials.  Order one of our products and see for your self.  If it’s not of the highest quality, return it for a full refund in 30 days.

May I request a specific revision of a product?
Yes! My Ummah offer its customers Perfect Fit Tailoring.  Check out our Perfect Fit Tailoring page for more information.

Does My Ummah offer tailoring?
Yes!  My Ummah is one of the first companies to offer PFT (Perfect Fit Tailoring) which we will custom tailor your item to your exact measurements!

How do I wash nd take care of my items from My Ummah?
All our products include a care instructions guide.  You can also visir our Care Instructions Page on our site.

Can My Ummah Customer Care agents physically obtain an item and describe it to me?
Yes! Our Customer Care agents are available to assist you in anyway possible.  Just email us at any time at customercare@myummahclothing.com and one of our agents can contact you via email or phone to help assist you.

Will My Ummah consider carrying items that I recommend?
Yes!  At My Ummah we are always asking our customers what they would like us offer.  If you have a design or idea in mind that you would like us to consider, email us at myidea@myummahclothing.com and if we decide to use your design or idea we will name it after you and reward you with a $100.00 gift certificate!

Can I buy a Gift Card or gift certificate?
Yes- You can order a gift card on our site.  We will email the gift card reciepiant the gift card code upon purchase.  You can use this gift card code in the check out phase of an order.  Any remaining ballance of card after a purchase will not be returned to the gift car owner.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

What is PFT?
Perfect Fit Tailoring is an easy and convenient way to have your item perfectly made to fit you.  Don’t worry, your PFT order is completed in 3 easy steps and is backed by a money back guarantee.  Check out our Perfect Fit Tailoring page.

If I choose PFT, how much longer will my order take?
Because Perfect Fit Tailoring is specifically designed for each individual’s exact measurements, it will take 10-14 business days to receive your order, as it’s hand-make in the UAE.

What if my PFT item does not fit right?
You can return or exchange any PFT item with in 30 days if you’re not completely satisfied.  Each customer is allowed one PFT return or exchange.

Does My Ummah accept phone, fax, email or snail mail orders?
All ordering, price quotes, stock status, and shipping quotes are provided online -- no exceptions. We do not accept phone, fax or e-mail orders or quotes. All pricing quotes on products and shipping are available on our website only.

I didn't see an order confirmation page. Was my order submitted successfully?
If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, our server probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. Contact our Customer Care Department at customercare@myummahclothing.com to make sure your order was received.

I think I may have inadvertently placed a duplicate order. What should I do now?
Contact My Ummah customer care at customercare@myummahclothing.com. We will void the order for you as long as it has not yet been invoiced or shipped. If duplicate orders have been shipped, obtain the tracking number(s) for the order(s) you do not want and call shipping carrier to refuse those shipments. You will be refunded in full when those items are returned to My Ummah.

After I submit an order with My Ummah, how will I be advised of the order's progress?
My Ummah will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.

Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
Sure – Just contact customer care at customercare@myummahclothing.com before the order is shipped. 



How long does it generally take to process an order?
It takes one to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method.
 

Is the My Ummah website secure? What security features are in place to safeguard my information?
Your Privacy is important to us.  No information submitted by our customers will be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern.  

Does My Ummah sell or release my personal information?
My Ummah respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information, like your email, phone number or mailing address, to anyone.

Does My Ummah offer a paper catalog?
Currently, our website is our catalog.  

What happens when an item is out-of-stock?
We do not sell merchandise that we don't have in stock, but offer an Auto-Notify Alert.  This Auto-Notify is apart of our newsletter and informs our customers when it is back in stock.  Sign up to our newsletter on our homepage www.myummahclothing.com.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please contact My Ummah Customer Care at customecare@myummahclothing.com if you're unable to locate an item.

How long after buying a Gift Card does it take for a Gift Card to be sent out?
Immediately after your order is processed (typically 24-48 hours), a gift card is automatically sent to the recipient’s email address.

Do My Ummah Gift Cards expire?
Yes, they expire one year from the purchase date.  They are non-transferable from the original user to another user. The original user is the only one that can redeem the balance on a gift certificate.

Can I redeem a Gift Certificate toward a purchase that exceeds my Gift Certificate amount?
Yes, and you’ll have to pay the remaining balance using a credit card or other payment method.

In what denominations can My Ummah Gift Certificates be purchased?
Gift Certificates can be purchased in $50, $100 and $250 denominations.
 
Returns

What is the return policy?
You may return all unused items purchased at My Ummah within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return-shipping amount.    No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Perfect Fit Tailored Items:
A return may be made only once (1) for each customer for items that are Perfect Fit Tailored. We ask customers to be as accurate as possible when taking their measurements.

What is the return policy for bundle orders?
Our standard return policy applies to bundle orders as well.

Can I return a PFT item?

You can return or exchange any PFT item with in 30 days if you’re not completely satisfied.  Each customer is allowed one (1) PFT return or exchange.  Our standard return policy applies.  

Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product to My Ummah?
Yes- RMA numbers allows us to track your return.

May I exchange my item for a different product?
Yes- A customer care agent can walk you through the process when you file a return/exchange request.

Approximately how long will it be before a refund/credit actually appears on my credit/debit card?
It takes us approximately 4 business days to process a credit back to your credit card and 4-5 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Does My Ummah pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?
Yes- We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return-shipping amount.
